GAGA for leather and studs? So was Spring Fashion Week in Paris. Leather biker jackets were worn over Valentino dresses and suits. Quilted patterns, metal spiked heels , shiny bracelets and studded bags, oh my! How does this translate into furniture, you ask? Very retro-chic and sleek in my collection I call STUDZ. The line is hip and environmentally conscious using smokey, water based stains over FSC(yeah that means certified) sustainable forest hardwoods, recycled leather Harley belt inlays and recycled steel. Did I mention studs? Studs galore.... Sigh

The Starry Night Headboard from my Studz Collection is a new contemporary twist on a classic, Louis XVI French furniture style bed. Each Starry Night headboard is a unique combination of studs and crystals layered upon a black patent or natural leather or recycled faux leather.  Shown above with special, Northstar finials and studded gold leaf wood surrounds. You want more of a traditional flavor? No problem. We can carve the wood surround in a classical French motif. You want the look of a rustic antique? Okay, we'll strip the carved bed, apply a wash & light wax, use beautiful, black Belgian linen and antique studs. It will be totally dreamy. Oh, no, you would prefer something Mod? Okay, let's take off the finials and recreate Van Gogh's version of a Starry Night pattern over the patent leather on a clean lined frame. Sleek and sophisticated, Mon Ami.
